We want to make sure you love your website. Because our web design and development services are completely customized to your business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once project work has commenced or a site has been delivered.

To ensure a smooth project timeline, your design package includes a maximum of two (2) rounds of revisions. If you have feedback or require changes, please submit your requests collectively through your client portal or our contact form during the designated review phases. Any modifications requested beyond these two rounds may be subject to additional fees.

We accept tips if you wish to show appreciation for our team's work. Please note that all tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout, the tip cannot be reversed or refunded.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, local payment methods may also be available at checkout.
